Meet Our Director

We Support. You Grow. Everyone Wins! This is EZCall’s mission as its Director, Esther Jones, carefully navigates our team to premier status in the virtual support industry. Her intentional approach, which includes active listening and feedback to understand every client’s
unique business needs, will lead to great things in this her third successful business venture. For over twenty (20) years, her professional support skills paved the way for opportunities to work in highly sought after administrative roles in key areas of national government and in multinational corporations in the Caribbean and North America, including Western Union Financial, The New York Times, Royal Bank of Canada as well as special projects with SMEs,
consultants and specialists. Academically, Esther holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and two Master’s Degrees: one in Administrative Science (including public sector and for-profit administrative leadership & management) and an MBA in Market Research.

Integrity and accuracy are vital to the success of any assignment and Esther understands that leaders value this, as well as anything that makes the work easier. As a result, the EZCall Support team directly benefits from her and our colleagues’ experiences so that clients have now come to expect an excellent and easy process with EZCall. For starters, Esther meets with every client for a free consultation and, should our team be a fit for you and/or your
business, our EZCall client intake process is initiated. Here, we identify your ideal customers’ demographics, then funnel and convert  your product/service offering (or both) into an easily accessible and custom-designed solution. Away from work, quality time with her loved ones is a priority as well as enjoying the outdoors.

We enjoy providing sales and support to clients ranging from independent business owners to multinational corporations.
